The Triton Cardinal is a slim peskafondo with a protected body surface in a white and red pattern with glitter. The maker points out that the lure has low resistance in the water, so every touch of a squid is felt better through the line, which helps when cephalopods only test the lure.
The Cardinal is field tested and, according to the maker, fishes in all conditions. It is lowered vertically from a boat and has a crown of needles on the tail for squid, cuttlefish and octopus.
