Delivery costs in the Republic of Croatia are not charged for orders over EUR 37.00 (with certain locations, products that are exceptions and products on sale for which delivery is always charged). Delivery costs for orders up to EUR 37.00 are EUR 5.50, and EUR 6.00-6.50 for islands and certain locations. For international orders, the delivery cost is EUR 9.95, and it is free after EUR 199.08. The delivery amount will be calculated and clearly stated in the shopping cart after entering the delivery details.

Delivery is done at home address. Products are delivered via the following transport companies:

• Hrvatska pošta
• Intereuropa
• GLS
• MBO

The products will be neatly packed so that they can not be damaged during transport. The buyer is obliged to check for possible damages when delivering the product, and if there are any visible defects on the packaging, the same goods should be immediately returned to the deliverer. Goods are insured for damages and loss of delivery and if the buyer does not receive any notice or delivery from the vendor at the end of the 7 days after the order is delivered, he / she must notify the vendor so that the vendor can find the item or send a new one.
