The Berkley PowerBait Trout Starter Kit is a trout fishing set in a waterproof box, put together so the angler at a lake or trout pond has all the basics at hand straight away. At its core is PowerBait Trout Dough, the floating trout paste that is moulded around the hook and keeps the bait above the bottom.
Along with the dough the box holds floats, swivels, line stops, weights, ready tied hooks to nylon and a disgorger, so a rig can be built without buying anything else. The kit suits occasional anglers and beginners, and experienced trout anglers will find it handy as a spare set in the bag.
