The TUNA TEASER MAGNET is an underwater acoustic system designed for offshore fishing for tuna and other pelagic species, which uses low-frequency sound pulses to create vibrations in the water and can be used as an adjunct to techniques such as chunking and trolling. The system can be installed inside the hull of the vessel, with the vibrations transmitted through the hull into the water, or used directly in the water, depending on the version. The ASA housing has IP68 protection, the device uses a 12 V power supply, and is equipped with a 316L stainless steel ring and tinned copper cable. In-Hull and Water Only versions are available, which allows for adaptation to the method of installation and use on the vessel.
