Coreano is a preserved sea worm in a 20 gram jar, a bait that works well on white fish and stays in use through the whole season. It comes in two versions — red and natural — so the colour can be picked to suit conditions and how the fish are responding that day. The bait is ready to use, preserved in its own liquid inside a glass jar. The manufacturer states a shelf life of six months outside the fridge and eighteen months refrigerated, so the jar can stay in the boat or in a tackle bag without the bait spoiling between trips.
Red coreano shows up more strongly in murkier water and in low light, while the natural version suits clear water and warier fish. The worm is mounted whole or in pieces, depending on hook size and the species being targeted.
