This anchor-shaped keyring is intended for boat keys. On a boat a keyring is not decoration but a practical item — a sufficiently large keyring is easier to find in a bag and harder to lose among the rest of the gear, while the anchor motif clearly distinguishes boat keys from house and car keys.
