The Stunt FS in 4.50 m and 100-250 g is the longer and stronger version of the same series. The extra length increases casting distance and helps keep the line above the waves, while the higher rating allows heavier sinkers when the sea is working or the current is strong. The blank is a 30T and 40T carbon mix.
Colmic is an Italian fishing tackle manufacturer, and this model carries the code CAST042B. The rod length is 4,50 m and the declared casting weight or rating is 100-250 g — the two figures a rod is actually chosen by: length determines casting distance and control over the rig, while the rating determines how much weight or lure may be loaded without risk to the blank. It is worth matching the reel and line to that range before the first outing.
