The Makar F1 is a telescopic bolentino rod and the top of Colmic's line for this technique. The telescopic build considerably shortens the transport length, which is practical on smaller boats and when travelling, while the 20-80 g range is intended for finer fishing at shallower depths.
Colmic is an Italian fishing tackle manufacturer, and this model carries the code CAMAK02A. The rod length is 3,30 m and the declared casting weight or rating is 20-80 g — the two figures a rod is actually chosen by: length determines casting distance and control over the rig, while the rating determines how much weight or lure may be loaded without risk to the blank. It is worth matching the reel and line to that range before the first outing.
