The Ragot 60 g floating bombarda is the heaviest in this series and is intended for situations where range takes priority over finesse. It is used when the wind is up, when the sea is choppy or when fish stay far from the shore, because 60 g holds its trajectory even in the crosswind that simply carries lighter bombardas away.
Despite the weight, the body remains buoyant so the lure still works in the upper layer of water, which is the essence of this technique. A rod with a matching casting rating and a line that can take the load of the cast are recommended. A ready-made rig is included in the pack, so the setup is ready to use.
