Rapala MaxRap 13 cm (MXR13) is a floating lure for spinning and predatory fish fishing, especially interesting when long and precise casts are required. The aerodynamic body and internal MaxCast mechanism, with tungsten ball balancing, enable efficient flight of the lure, while the suspended design keeps the bait in the water layer during pauses. With a steady pull, the MaxRap develops a pronounced lateral action, and with more aggressive jerks it can be guided in sudden changes of direction.
The MXR13 model is 13 cm long, weighs 15 g and works at a depth of approximately 0.3 to 0.9 m, which is why it is suitable for searching shallow water layers. The lure is equipped with three VMC hooks size No. 6, an oval line holder, an internal laser-engraved scale pattern and 3D holographic eyes. The manufacturer states that each MaxRap is manually adjusted and tested in the water before final inspection.
